TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Alpha Membership (“Membership”) offered by Flowmode Fitness – Train Different. Flow Better. By enrolling as an Alpha Member in our Pre-Sales, the individual (“Member”) agrees to abide by all rules, benefits, and conditions mentioned below.

ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT

• Alpha Membership is available for a limited period during the pre-sales phase.
• Membership is confirmed only after successful payment and verification by the Flowmode Fitness team.
• Flowmode Fitness reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application.

ALPHA MEMBER BENEFITS

Members will enjoy exclusive pre-launch privileges, including:

• Special Discounts & offers, which is up to 30-40% discount on membership plans during pre-sales.
• Exclusive refer-a-friend bonuses and additional perks as communicated at the time of joining.
• Complimentary access to a dietician, personalised diet plans, and workout plans created by certified Flow Coaches.
• 24/7 gym access
• Valet parking facility
• Advanced imported machines (Precor & Ziva), including digital workout guidance.
• Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained training environment.

SPECIAL AMENITIES

• Access to vending machines, coffee machines, and detox-water stations.
• Use of premium locker rooms, showers, and member lounges.

EVENT PRIVILEGES

• The Franchisor will provide onboarding training for Flow Coaches, sales teams, and operations personnel.
• Priority access to additional launch-day experiences, limited-edition activities, and brand showcases.

SECURITY PERKS

• Dedicated women-only programs and sessions.
• More security, including female staff, CCTV surveillance, and trained bouncers for safety.

FLOW KIT

Alpha Members receive a complimentary Flow Kit, which includes a Flow Bag, Sipper, Cap, Deodorant, and much more.

FLOW COACHES & TRAINING STRUCTURE

• All training sessions are handled by certified Flow Coaches, including 1 Master Coach + 4 levels of coaches beneath.
• Members must follow the coach’s instructions for safety and effectiveness.
• Personal training may incur additional charges unless included in the membership plan.

FACILITY USAGE & CONDUCT

• Members must use machines and equipment responsibly.
• Maintain hygiene and respect the facility rules.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols for themselves and other members.

Flowmode Fitness may suspend or revoke access if a member’s behaviour is unsafe or harmful.

SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE

• All centres are equipped with advanced surveillance systems.
• Flowmode Fitness is not responsible for loss of personal belongings kept outside lockers.
• Members are encouraged to use the secure locker facilities provided.

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & CANCELLATIONS

• Pre-sales Alpha Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Memberships are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Flowmode Fitness management.
• Offers and benefits under Alpha Membership cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

MARKETING & MEDIA CONSENT

• Members may appear in promotional photos or videos taken during the launch event or gym activities.
• If a member wishes to opt out, they must inform the management in writing before participating in any event.

CHANGES TO BENEFITS & POLICIES

• Flowmode Fitness reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any benefits related to Alpha Membership without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved as per the legal jurisdiction of the Franchisor’s.
